Marquis Alliance provides safe, secure data storage for our clients drilling waste management needs. We maintain a comprehensive electronic record of all files free of charge and store all data on an offsite server in order to guarantee data security. Our Data Management System (DMS) ensures compliance with provincial regulatory requirements. The easily accessible information allows any audit to be handled quickly and efficiently.
Our system allows clients to view and retreive their information through high-speed remote internet access, using a secure client log-in. The DMS allows the input of additional site information such as drilling fluid, which greatly enhances the ability to perform reclamation at the end of the wellsite lifetime. All data housed within the DMS is seamlessly transferred to Peleton Siteview systems. Marquis Alliance’s DMS consists of the following:
- Client login via internet
- Incorporates drilling waste and reclamation information
- Integrates with Marquis Alliance Drilling Fluids (MADF) MudTrac Software
- Data transfer into Peleton (Siteview)
- Directive 58 Tracking Database with ERCB DDS submission capabilities
- D58 requires tracking of oilfield waste with a requirement of records management for a period of 2 years
- Extensive data warehousing with 6th generation off-site backup
The data integration services offered by our DMS enables clients to maintain a safe, secure database of all site information. The waste tracking system allows Marquis Alliance staff to watch for sites that may have outstanding or upcoming potential compliance items and to address those issues.
