Enviro-Plug #8 is a high-swelling Wyoming Bentonite in granular form. The unique molecular structure allows it to absorb five times its weight of water and swell to a volume of 12-16 times its dry bulk, making it an ideal sealant. Applied dry or in a pumped slurry, these fine granules expand against casings and formations to create a very low permeability flexible grout seal.

Enviro-Plug Medium is the first bentonite chip developed and marketed. It is pure Wyoming Bentonite, designed for use as a sealant for hole abandonment, casing seals or any vertical seal to prevent water movements up or down a borehole. When absorbing water Enviro-Plug Medium swells to fill voids, exerting pressure against all surfaces to create a flexible low permeability seal. Since Enviro-Plug is introduced in a “dry” state, shrinkage cannot occur and there is a reserve expansion capacity. Generally, hydration takes 1-2 hrs.

EZ Seal is an easily mixed granular bentonite product intended as a plugging material.

Fiber fluid is a finely milled seepage control and lost circulation additive that is an effective sealing and bridging agent for depleted sands. Fiber fluid exhibits superior acid solubility among cellulosic lost circulation materials and very good return permeability results

Kwik-Seal is an engineered blend of particles which contains high strength granules, flakes and fibers with a definite particle size distribution. Seals effectively under both high and low differential pressure conditions. Is equally effective in unconsolidated formations and fractures or vugs in hard formations.

Magma Fiber is a specially formulated acid soluble, extrusion spun mineral fiber for lost circulation problems. Magma Fiber is 97.3% soluble in a 7.5% HCL acid.

Maxi-Seal is a blend of lost circulation materials specifically formulated to cover a wide range of situations common in the occurrence of lost circulation. The two grades, Medium, and Coarse, contain a blend of granules and fibers, which act as bridging and sealing agents.

Mica or Muscovite is a lost circulation material supplied in three grind sizes, Fine, Medium, and Coarse.

A lost circulation material of ground Nutshell is available in three grades, Fine, Medium, and Coarse, ranging in size from 100 mesh to 6 mesh.

Sized oil-soluble bridging material. Sized oil-soluble resins with increasing median particle diameter by ascending product name. Soluble in produced crude or diesel.

Pol-E-Flake is a blend of multi-sized colored flakes of polycellulose. The range of flake sizes are from 1/4” - ⅜” (6.4mm - 9.5mm) with a specific gravity of 1.0.

Poly Seal is a blend of multi-sized colored flakes and shredded strands of polycellulose and polyethylene materials. The range of flake/shred sizes are from 1/4” - ⅜” (6.4mm - 9.5mm) with a specific gravity of approximately 1.0.
