Reclamation Certificate Application

Once a site is deemed to be compliant with all applicable provincial regulations, Marquis Alliance compiles and submits the Reclamation Certificate Application (RCA). The RCA is a comprehensive package that includes all pertinent data gathered throughout the reclamation process.

The Phase 1 ESA and Detailed Site Assessment are included, along with any Phase 2 ESAs and Remedial reports, where applicable. We review historical reports to ensure that current criteria are met and that strict attention to detail is ascertained.

Once complete, Marquis Alliance submits the RCA to the landowner and appropriate regulatory body for approval. Although this is the final step in reclamation, we remain available to our clients for inquiries after an application has been submitted.
