Reporting Services

Marquis Alliance is dedicated to supplying clients with cost effective solutions that meet current regulatory requirements, while ensuring that reclamation certification can be obtained. Our environmental team members actively participate in various committees (i.e. CAPP, SEPAC, CLRA, PSAC, etc.) maintaining our position at the forefront of regulatory changes.

Internally, we employ strict quality control measures to guarantee clients receive disposal and remediation advice consistent with all relevant provincial guidelines.

Additionally, our comprehensive QA/QC field-testing program, standard operating procedures and frequent field visits from operations personnel, propel our personnel to excel.

Client reporting systems at Marquis Alliance have been streamlined with recent enhancements to our custom data management program. This allows for rapid turn around times of reports and secure client online access to data. A team of six environmental programmers prepares reports for submission in the drilling waste department; all have at least 2 years of industry experience.

Programs created for off-site disposal are accompanied with pre-disposal aerial images and pipeline investigations. This further enhances our accuracy in site selection, with respect to water bodies and pipelines. These images accompany the final report, providing our clients and regulatory auditors with the added insurance of properly selected disposal sites.

Reports travel through a rigorous quality assurance and compliance routine, which includes a review by our Quality Control Services Manager, who has over 15 years of drilling waste experience. Prior to release our reports are screened as follows:

  • LSAS and land title searches
  • Reconciliation of aerial imagery to completed disposal mapping from the field
  • Initial review from field data collection and laboratory results
  • Consultation with client construction and personnel based on collected data
  • Report preparation and comparison to regulatory guidelines
  • Suitability assessment for future reclamation certification
  • Final report QA/QC review for regulatory and client release
  • Upload to web portal from data warehouse for client access
  • Data push of disposal information into the Peleton system where utilized
